Getting started
How do I arrange a first consultation?
Call us on +39 378 031 7068, email info@lexvanelawfirm.com, or use the contact form. Tell us briefly what your matter concerns and we will arrange a meeting with the most suitable lawyer.
Is the first evaluation free?
Yes. We offer a free initial evaluation so you can explain your situation, understand your options, and decide whether to instruct us, with no obligation.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Bring any documents related to your matter: contracts, letters, court papers, notices, photographs or emails, plus a form of identification. A short written timeline of events is also very helpful.
Can we meet remotely?
Yes. Meetings can take place at our Viterbo office, by phone, or by video call, whichever suits you best.
Working with us
How are your fees calculated?
Fees depend on the type and complexity of the matter. Before any work begins we explain our fees and give you a written estimate, so there are no surprises.
Will my information be kept confidential?
Always. Everything you tell us is protected by professional secrecy, and we handle personal data in line with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Who will handle my case?
Each matter is led by a named lawyer who remains your main point of contact, supported by colleagues with the relevant expertise.
How will I be kept informed?
We update you at each significant step, explain what happens next in plain language, and respond promptly to your questions.
Practical questions
Do you act for clients outside Viterbo?
Yes. Many of our clients live elsewhere in Italy or abroad, including foreign nationals with property, family or business interests in Italy.
Does contacting you make me a client?
No. Sending us a message or attending an initial evaluation does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship. That begins only once we have agreed the terms of our engagement with you.
